Data controller

The developer of the RowOne application, who operates the row1.net site. Payment and the data associated with a purchase are the responsibility of Link, from Stripe, as merchant of record.

What is collected, and what for

DataWhat forHow long it is kept
Television identifier (DUID), model, application version To know which device a licence belongs to and when its trial began For as long as it holds a licence. Without one, deleted after 90 days unused
Payment identifier To match a licence to its payment and to handle refunds For the life of the licence
IP address To limit the number of requests and stop abuse In temporary logs, rotated automatically

Your IPTV playlist details

When you send a playlist from your phone, its details pass through the server on their way to the television. It is worth being precise about that:

In other words: they are a few seconds in transit, not a store. Anyone who would rather avoid even that can type their playlist straight into the television with the remote, which is still an option on the same screen.

What never leaves your television

This is a design decision, not an accident. These stay on the device only and are not sent anywhere:

There is no analytics, no profiling, no advertising and no selling of data to third parties. The server does not know what you watch.

Payment data

Handled by Stripe, acting as merchant of record. Card details are entered on a Stripe page and never pass through this server at any point. The provider only receives the payment identifier and its outcome.

Who else is involved

WhoWhat they do
Stripe / LinkMerchant of record: processes the payment, issues receipts and handles support for the transaction
CloudflarePublishes the site and protects the server. Traffic passes through their network

Typefaces are served from this same domain, not from Google. Nobody visiting these pages, and no television running the application, gives its IP address to a font server.

Legal basis

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the provider at soporte@row1.net. For anything to do with your purchase and your payment data, the route is Link support. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority where you live.

Bear in mind that the television identifier is the only thing holding your licence up: if you ask for it to be deleted, the licence is lost.

Changes

If the product changes, this text is updated and the date is shown.
