Withdrawal and refunds

Last updated: 4 September 2026 · Español

You have fourteen days

You have fourteen calendar days from your purchase to withdraw and get your money back, without giving any reason.

The law allows that right to be lost for digital content delivered immediately, provided the buyer expressly waives it before paying. No such waiver is asked for here. The licence activates within seconds and you still keep the full fourteen days.

There is also a seven-day free trial before you pay anything, so you can check that it works on your television without committing to it.

How to ask for a refund

The sale is made by Link, from Stripe, as merchant of record, and it is also Link who handles refunds:

  1. Go to link.com with the email address you used to buy.
  2. Find the RowOne purchase and request a refund.

You can also write to the provider at soporte@row1.net giving the television identifier, which is shown on the Licence screen of the application. No reason is needed.

What happens next

Refunds decided by Stripe

Acting as merchant of record, Stripe may issue refunds on its own account within sixty days of the purchase, for example to settle a complaint. In those cases too, the licence revokes itself.

In practice, then, the refund window is wider than the fourteen days the law requires.

Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use it — any unambiguous statement will do — but it is provided in case it is convenient:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the licence for the RowOne application.

Television identifier: ____________________
Date of purchase: ____________________
Name of consumer: ____________________
Address of consumer: ____________________
Date: ____________________

If something does not work

Withdrawal is a right separate from the legal guarantee. If the application does not do what is described, you can still complain after the fourteen days have passed.
